New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present her seventh consecutive Budget today, Tuesday, July 23. The Budget for 2024-25 is being seen as the action plan for the Modi 3.0 government, outlining a roadmap for India’s development over the next five years.

In this record-setting seventh Union Budget, Sitharaman is expected to announce an increase in the basic exemption limits under both the old and new tax regimes, providing significant relief for the middle class.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi mentioned yesterday that the Finance Minister will present a strong budget and assured that the government’s promises will reach the common man. On the first day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, Nirmala Sitharaman also tabled the Economic Survey.
